Aimé Leon Dore accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and tag-attached merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid DHL or UPS return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and extra laces are included before sealing the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
